Logged in user for B2B store should be validated against all the eligible contracts rather than current contract

Observed behavior
When a logged-in shopper is entitled to more than one contract, they are unable to add some items to the cart.
Expected behavior
Any item covered under any contract that the shopper is associated to should be eligible for purchase.
Resolution
The code was fixed to consider all contracts that the shopper is connected to, not just the current one.
