Observed behavior
When adding a requisition list to the cart (instead of single items), the sales tax is not included in the order.
Expected behavior
Sales tax should be included regardless of method of adding to the cart.
Resolution
An incorrect parameter format was being used in the call from the storefront through the call to the order calculation logic. This was corrected.
