Category Level SKUs are not displayed when there are multiple sales catalogs

Observed behavior
When multiple Sales catalog are configured, with multiple sub category hierarchies, the productview/byCategory API returns only Products not category level SKUs for Sales catalog other than default catalog.
Expected behavior
Category level SKUs should always be included in the search index.
Resolution
The code was fixed to properly include category level SKUs.
