Observed behavior
The shopper is unable to add an item to the cart due to a failure in the entitlement checking.
Expected behavior
The shopper should be able to add the item to the cart.
Resolution
There was an error in the entitlement checking logic that incorrectly indicated the shopper was not entitled to a product. The entitlement checking logic has been corrected.
