Applying multiple filters in Rules Based Sales Category with Elasticsearch is not working

Observed behavior
When creating a Rule Based Sales Category using multiple filters on top of Elasticsearch, the categories are not being populated.
Expected behavior
The categories should be complete and match the definition rule that is defined for that category.
