OrderCreateNotify email is missing data from the order when CSR places order on behalf of shopper

Observed behavior

When orders are created, an order notification email is sent to the shopper. Some order data is missing when the CSR places the order on behalf of the shopper.

Expected behavior

All appropriate order data should be included in the order creation notification email, regardless of who participates in the order creation.


During remote jsp invocation, the cookies passed from the transaction server did not account for cases where "on behalf" sessions were involved.  Code was update to add callerId and forUser to cookie.
