The "Best Sellers" Marketing web activity is not working correctly

Observed behavior
When following the steps to execute the "Best Sellers" usecase, the DMRANKINGSTAT and DMRANKINGITEM tables should be populated after the ECRaiseEvent, SaveMarketingStatistics, and SendMarketingTriggers jobs are run. They remain empty.
Expected behavior
The tables should be updated correctly.
Resolution
A logic error prevented the code that was used in V8 from working correctly in V9. This has been corrected and the tables are populated correctly.
