Exact SKU part number search not working when grouping is disabled.

Observed behavior
When result grouping is disabled for the search term api, exact part number search works for products, but not for SKUs.
Expected behavior
Disabling grouping should not affect exact part number searches.
Resolution
The code was fixed to properly include the non-empty child part numbers in the search candidate list, enabling SKUs to be properly included in the search.
