Observed behavior
The push-to-live operation fails with minimal indication of the reason for the failure.
Expected behavior
When a failure occurs there should be useful information available to determine the case of the failure.
Resolution
The index lock was incorrectly set to "url" instead of "live.store". This has been corrected along with the addition of more problem determination information.
