Unable to properly disable NLP on NiFi for index pipeline

Observed behavior
Index pipeline still running on NLP service even NLP is disabled - utilities.sh still set EN as default NLP
Expected behavior
When NLP has been disabled, it should be disabled throughout.
Resolution
The default enabled language code for NLP was set to "en" instead of leaving unset which has the effect of canceling the disabled setting. This has been corrected.
