Observed behavior
Users with the Buyer Administrator role are unable to login to Management Center.
Expected behavior
The user should be able to login, with no exceptions raised.
Resolution
The SQL query that was being used to determine user access information was very inefficient, leading to timeouts for the login process. The SQL was rewritten to correct this performance issue.
