Custom merchant key not working when using vault

Observed behavior
When using vault with a non-default merchant key, entrypoint.sh does not update the merchant key correctly.
Expected behavior
The merchantkey.xml file should have been updated with the merchant key.
Resolution
The entrypoint.sh script was corrected to ensure the merchantkey.xml file is updated, to enable the database content to be decrypted.
