Observed behavior
The Elasticsearch implementation in HCL Commerce, prior to version 9.1.10 does not support partial part number or partial keyword searches.
Expected behavior
The Solr implementation supported the partial searches. The Elasticsearch implementation needs to support it to enable migration to the new search.
Resolution
The code has been updated to allow partial keyword and product number matches.
