Category Display page cannot be cached in B2B store

Observed behavior
The CategoryDisplay page is not getting cached in the B2B starter store, but is getting cached in the B2C store.
Expected behavior
Both stores should be caching the same way.
Resolution
PDP_CatalogEntryData.jspf was updated to fix the check for the existence in the cache.
