Order Approval pagination causes javascript error

Observed behavior
When a large number of orders is submitted for approval to the buyer admin, a javascript error occurs when the buyer admin attempts to advance to the second page of the list.
Expected behavior
There should be no errors, and the page should update with the next set of orders.
Resolution
The code has been updated to fix the calculation logic for paging.
