Unable to assign and view additional user roles in Management Center

Observed behavior
After adding additional roles to users in Management Center, the new roles are not visible.
Expected behavior
All user roles for the user should be visible.
Resolution
The processing logic in multiple jsps/fragments was incorrectly using the "member" value instead of the "user" value. This has been corrected.
