Observed behavior
When cleaning up tables to remove old content, the DBClean operation fails due to the sequence of deletions.
Expected behavior
DBClean should run without errors, by properly considering foreign key relationships.
Resolution
The sequence number given for the promotions code removal was inappropriate and needs to happen before the removal at sequence 15. The Sequence value 20 has been changed to 12.
