CSR functions are not available after selecting a customer session

Observed behavior

After signing on as a CSR, then selecting a customer account to access, the CSR functions sometimes disappear from the menu.

Expected behavior

When logged on as a CSR, the CSR functions (Customer Service tab) should remain available.

Resolution

An intermittent page caching issue existed that was preventing part of the shopping page to be missing. The code has been changed to cache the page contents differently to prevent this issue.
