Generate URL button on Management Center Store Preview is not working

Observed behavior
The "Generate URL" button on Management Center's Store Preview function does not work correctly for production environments. The AjaxPreviewTokenCreate call might indicate that its MIME type is not executable.
Expected behavior
The function should generate the preview URL without error.
Resolution
StorePreviewLink.jsp was missing from the installation package. This has been corrected.
