AUTH environment indexing failing due to a DB2 error after updating SEO URLs

Observed behavior
After updating the SEO URL for any part number using Management Center, the build index process fails with SQLCODE=-1477
Expected behavior
The index should be updated with the revised SEO URL and no error message should be generated.
Resolution
The temporary table definition in wc-dataimport-preprocess-common.xml was updated to correct the SQL to avoid this error.
