Observed behavior
A SQL Exception can occur if a guest shopper keeps their browser open for a long time, and the user has been deleted from the database.
Expected behavior
Guest shoppers are removed periodically. If the guest shopper is removed, an invalid cookie error is returned.
Resolution
The WC_AUTHENTICATION cookie is validated earlier on in the REST flow.
