Performance fix for customer segments that target a B2B user in an account

Observed behavior

Marketing activities can be slow when the target user segment is associated to a large number of B2B accounts.

Expected behavior

Excessive account membership checking is being performed through the OrganizationSyncBean when the subject e-Marketing spot is reached. Depending on where this spot is placed, it can give the appearance of a broken site.

Resolution

The code is updated to perform more efficient checking of the segment membership for the current shopper.
