Observed behavior
A DuplicateKeyException occurs when updating CATENCALCD during promotion activation, with no indication of the source of the error.
Expected behavior
The record id that is raising the DuplicateKeyException needs to recorded to the log to show which record is causing the issue.
Resolution
Additional logging information was added to record the id of the record that failed to insert into CATENCALCD.
