Unable to add user data fields in CATFILTER table

Observed behavior
A customization to add the user data fields (FIELD1,FIELD2,FIELD3) of the CATFILTER table was unable to be completed.
Expected behavior
There is no Management Center support for custom fields of the CATFILTER table.
Resolution
The definitions were updated in wc-business-object-mediator.xml to include FIELD1, FIELD2 and FIELD3 and the query template wc-query-CatalogFilter-get.tpl was updated to include those fields as well.
