No URLs found

If no URLs are found, try the following troubleshooting steps:
  1. Check that the Starting URL is correct (see URL and Servers view).
  2. Check that the Starting URL is accessible (it was verified before the scan started, but accessibility may have changed since then).
  3. Check that platform authentication is configured correctly in HTTP Authentication view.
  4. Check that you did not exclude all pages in the site from your scan in Exclude Paths and Files view.

Web API scans

If you get this error when running a scan based on a Postman collection, try the following troubleshooting steps:
  1. Check that the tested APIs and domains are accessible.
  2. If URLs in the Collection are accessible only via a proxy, make sure you have correctly configured a custom proxy in Communication and Proxy view.
  3. Check that the domains you entered exist in the Collection file.
  4. Check that platform authentication is configured correctly in HTTP Authentication view.
