Exporting report data

You can export report data to produce "to-do" checklists to be used when correcting the issues identified in the reports.

Before you begin

Learn more about exporting report data:
  • The column data that displays in the report will be exported.
  • The entire report is exported, not just the records on the report page you are currently viewing.
  • If the data is grouped, only the group level information is exported.
  • If you export to email, the report data is automatically attached as an Excel spreadsheet.
  • You can only send an email to an email address within the domain where the application is installed. If you must send an email to an external domain, your Product Administrator must add that domain to your company's list of relay machines.
  • There is a record limit of 60K for exporting to Excel and to ExcelXML.
  • Links within the Excel spreadsheet can be clicked.
  • You can access Help About this Report from the Excel spreadsheet and the PDF.

Procedure

  1. Find the report you want to export.
  2. Make sure that the report data has been grouped and filtered to display the result set you want to export.
  3. Click Export in the report title banner and select an output format.
