Verifying system traffic
As part of system start up, verify that Discover is processing traffic.
About this task
Verifying system traffic involves checking the pipeline status.
To verify system traffic:
Procedure
- If you have not already done so, log into the Discover Portal.
- From the menu bar, select .
- Click the Pipeline Status tab.
- From the Pipeline Status confirm
that traffic is being received.
Look for non zero entries in the hit/sec column that go all the way from the top line down to the canister line.
If there are only a few hits every minute that stop part way down, these are statistics hits from the DNCA server and are not "real" HTTP traffic.
If there are zero’s in all columns, then no traffic is being received from the DNCA.
