Password

To change a user's password, select a user and click Password > Password. Enter the new user's password twice. To apply the change, click Save.

Force Password Change

To force the user to change his or her password, select a user and click Password > Force Password Change. When the user next logs in, the user is required to change the account password before using the Portal.

Clear Password History

To reset the user's password history, click Password > Force Password Change. This allows the user to re-use passwords that might have conflicts with the Portal's password usage policy.
