HCL® Campaign polls the HCL Marketing Software Scheduler for jobs at regular intervals, specified in milliseconds by this value. The default value is 60 seconds. Avoid setting this property to any value less than 10000 (10 seconds), because doing so can decrease campaign performance.

The amount of time, expressed in milliseconds, that the Campaign scheduler thread waits before polling the HCL Marketing Software Scheduler for jobs when HCL Campaign first starts up. Set this value to be at least as long as it takes for HCL Campaign to fully start up on your system. The default value is five minutes.
