HCL Marketing Platform | Scheduler

HCL® Campaign polls the HCL Marketing Software Scheduler for jobs at regular intervals, specified in milliseconds by this value. The default value is 60 seconds. Avoid setting this property to any value less than 10000 (10 seconds), because doing so can decrease campaign performance.

The amount of time, expressed in milliseconds, that the Campaign scheduler thread waits before polling the HCL Marketing Software Scheduler for jobs when HCL Campaign first starts up. Set this value to be at least as long as it takes for HCL Campaign to fully start up on your system. The default value is five minutes.

Specifies the number of times the scheduler checks the status of a scheduled run whose status cannot be determined. After this limit is reached, the run status is listed as Unknown on the Settings > Schedule management page.

Specifies whether the scheduler is enabled. Set this property to False if you do not want users to be able to use the scheduler. The False setting turns off the scheduler for all products that use it.

You must restart the Marketing Platform web application when you enable or disable the scheduler.
