Resetting the run status of a queued request

You reset the run status for a queued request to set its status to Failed, which removes it from the Flowchart defective runs pane; it still appears in the Scheduler Jobs pane as a Failed request.

Procedure

  1. From the Settings menu, select Collaborate Settings.

    The Administrative Settings page opens.

  2. Click Flowchart Runs Monitoring.

    The Flowchart Runs Monitoring page opens.

  3. In the Flowchart defective runs pane, next to the request with the status of Queued, check Reset Run Status.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Results

The run status is changed from Queued to Failed. The task appears in the Scheduler Jobs pane as a Failed request.
