Configure territories for subscriptions

To use the Subscriptions feature in Collaborate, you must define territories and assign users to territories in an xml file and then load the territory information into your Collaborate database.

Note: You must set up Collaborate users in the Platform before you load the territory information.

You can view sample territory data in the TerritoriesSampleData.xml file, in the Platform-home\ Collaborate\tools\admin\sample_templates\xml directory.
