Data source configuration roadmap

You configure data sources in Opportunity Detect as described in this roadmap. When you have finished this process, you can build, deploy, and run trigger systems, as described in the HCL® Opportunity Detect User's Guide.

You can access all of the configuration tools mentioned here by navigating to the Settings > Detect Settings page.

You must have appropriate permissions to access the configuration tools. The following built in roles allow the user to access these tools.

  • OpDetectAdmin
  • OpDetectTestDesigner
  • OpDetectProductionDesigner

If you use a custom role, it must have either of the following permissions.

  • Run for testing
  • Run for production
