Accessing the Detailed Link by Cell Report from the Message Overview Report

About this task

The Message Overview report contains links to the Detailed Link and Detailed Link by Cell Reports. The links to both reports appear in the Total Clicks column. You can expand each row in the Message Overview Report to display mailing instances and cells associated with a mailing.

Procedure

Open a Message Overview report. Select the campaign and mailing instances that you want to analyze.
Expand a mailing instance row to display the cells related to the mailing instance.
In the Total Clicks column, click the link for a cell.

Results

The Detailed Link by Cell Report opens at the cell level for the cell that you selected. A single cell displays in the report because you selected a specific cell.

What to do next

Click a cell name to open the next level in the dimension hierarchy. You can navigate through the email and landing page levels independently. Moving up or down through the report levels for one set of results has no effect on the other.
