Unica Deliver is a web-based, enterprise scale marketing message solution that you can use to conduct outbound bulk messaging and transactional messaging campaigns. Deliver integrates with Unica Campaign and with secure message composition, transmission, and tracking resources that are hosted by Unica.
About testing Deliver mailings
Testing a messaging allows you to identify and resolve any problems that might exist with your messaging list, verify how the message will appear to each recipient, and address issues that might interfere with efficient transmission and delivery of your communication. For best results, test each Deliver messaging before you use it to send a production messaging.
To perform a test send to test recipients
You can send a test messaging to test recipients if the recipient list for the messaging includes addresses or phone numbers for SMS and WhatsApp and data for test recipients, or addresses for a seed list. This test sends personalized mailing to seed list addresses and test recipients defined in the recipient.

You can send a test messaging to test recipients if the recipient list for the messaging includes addresses or phone numbers for SMS and WhatsApp and data for test recipients, or addresses for a seed list. This test sends personalized mailing to seed list addresses and test recipients defined in the recipient.

About this task

This option is disabled if the recipient output list added to the mailing does not contain test list or seed list data.

Procedure

Find the mailing you want to test.
On the Mailing tab, under the Delivery Options and Status section, click Test Send to Test Recipients.

The Send the Mailing window indicates how many test recipients will receive a message.
In the window, click Send the Test Mailings.
While the test mailing executes, monitor the test mailing execution in the Mailing Execution and status section.
