About viewing a list of all mailings

The Deliver Mailings page presents a summary view of mailings that are saved in all campaigns. The list of mailings is paginated, with 20 mailings per page. You can sort the list by mailing name, document name, output list name, and mailing run date. When the page opens, it sorts mailings by run date, with the most recent mailing run listed first.

The Deliver Mailings page provides the following information about each mailing.

• Name of the mailing. (sort is available)
• Name of the campaign where you created the mailing.
• Name of the document that the mailing references. (sort is available)
• Indication if the mailing is enabled for transactional mailing.
• Name of the recipient list that the mailing references. (sort is available)
• Number of production recipients.
• Most recent run date. (sort is available)
• Status

The mailing names display as hyperlinks to the mailing. Use these links to access mailings in various campaigns without having to find and open each campaign.
