Deliver Settings

Use the Deliver Settings page to customize specific features.

Personalization Fields

From the Deliver Settings page, you can access the list of personalization fields available for use in Deliver documents.

Click Display a list of all Personalization Fields to display the list.

Policy Settings

You can designate the email domains that are available to email marketers for use as the From: domain in the email header of email communications. Access to change policy settings depends on your user permissions.

Display a list of policies and their settings Click to view and edit the available email domains and to set user access policies to control the email domains that are available to marketers.

SMS Settings

Long codes and short codes appear in SMS text messages that you send through Deliver . You can configure character limits that are associated with each code.

You can define the keywords that are available for use in SMS messages that you send through Deliver. You can add or remove keywords in the list.

Display a list of SMS short and long codes Click to view the list of long codes and short codes that are configured for your hosted messaging account.

Display a list of keywords used in SMS messages Click to view and edit the list of available keywords.

Domain Settings

For each email domain that you register with Unica , you can define a default email address and a default friendly name. The combination of email address or friendly name and the email domain appears as the From: address for the email messages that you send.

Display the list of domain settings Click to view and edit the default email address and friendly names for the email domains that are registered with Unica for your hosted messaging account.

Mobile Notification Settings

Links in the Mobile Notification Settings section connect to pages where you configure support and defaults for mobile app notifications. The settings that you define determine the options that are available to marketers who send mobile app notifications through Deliver.

Display the list of mobile app keys. Click to view and add mobile apps to the Deliver configuration. You must add a mobile app to the Deliver configuration to enable marketers to select the app when configuring a notification push.

Display default values for mobile messaging. Click to specify the default personalization field that the system uses to provide the mobile app user ID. The mobile app user ID identifies the specific app and device to which a notification is sent.
