Accessing the Deliver Message Editor

You can access the Message Editor from the Campaign menu or from a link on the Mailing tab for a Deliver messaging.

About this task

You cannot open the Message Editor as two different users in the same browser session. For example, if you establish a Development environment and a Production environment, each with a separate hosted email account, you cannot access the two environments simultaneously in separate tabs in the same browser session. Instead, open the different environments in two separate browser sessions.

For best results when you view the Message Editor, configure Internet Explorer to check for new versions of the page Automatically. Avoid setting the browser to check for new page versions Every time I visit the webpage.

Procedure

  • Access from the Campaign menu.

    From the Campaign menu, select Message Editor.

    The Message Editor opens. By default, the Message Editor opens on the Communications tab in the navigation pane.

    The Communications tab lists the currently available email, SMS, WhatsApp. The Content Library and saved searches display on separate tabs in the navigation pane.

  • Access from a Mailing tab.

    After you reference a communication to a messaging, the Mailing tab displays a link to the document.

    On the Mailing tab, click Edit Document to open the referenced document in the editing pane of the Message Editor.
