The columns at the top of the report provide summary information to describe the deliverability of the email messages sent with the mailing.

Yellow: messages labeled as spam and placed in the spam folder.

Red: messages lost or delivery failed.

The percentage of the total number of messages that ISPs marked as unwanted email, or spam.

Missing

The percentage of the total number of messages that were never delivered and whose final destination is not known.

The number of email domains that are included in your mailing list but that are not included in the selected deliverability list.

ISP Results tab

This tab of the report provides delivery details for the individual ISPs that processed the email.

Column Description

Name

Always displays the value Campaign Total.

1st seen

The date and time (Central Time, US) that the first ISP received an email that was sent as part of the mailing.

Most Recent

The date and time (Central Time, US) that an ISP most recently recieved an email that was sent as part of the mailing.

Wght

Summary results appear in two rows.

W: Results for ISPs in your mailing list appear in this row. Results from this row appear in the overall summary at the top of the report. These are considered weighted results.

U: Results for all ISPs in the selected deliverability list appear in this row, including email domains not included in your mailing list. These are considered unweighted results.

The weighted and unweighted deliverability results are often different. Because weighted results are based on email domains that are actually in your mailing list, weighted results more accurately reflect the true deliverability of your message.

Results

Bar graph representing delivery results.

Inbox

Portion of the messages that reached the intended email inbox.

Spam

Portion of the messages that an ISP labeled as unwanted email.

Missing

Portion of the messages that were lost in transit.

Unknown

Portion of the messages in your mailing list that were sent to an email domain that is not represented in the deliverability list that you selected.

Domains in your mailing list

This section provides details for individual ISPs in each of the categories described above.

The ISP column lists each of the ISPs that processed messages sent as part of the mailing.

In this section, the Wght column indicates the relative number of messages in the mailing that were processed by each ISP. These numbers allow you to see the relative weight that each ISP has in your overall deliverability results.

This section contains the row Domains not in your deliverability list. This row indicates the percentage of messages sent that were addressed to email domains that are not represented in the selected deliverability list. It is equivalent to the value for Unknown described above.

Spam Filters

This section displays results of testing your messages against commonly used spam filters.

Other

This section displays results for email domains that are represented in the selected deliverability list, but are not included in your mailing list.

Diagnostics tab

This tab provides background information that you can use to better understand and respond to the results on the ISP tab.

Information on the Diagnostics tab describes the handling of test email messages (also referred to as seeds), the transmission infrastructure and authentication methods used, and any email reputation problems that were detected. The tab also includes a Spam Analysis score to estimate the likelihood that an ISP will consider your email messages to be unwanted email.

View tab

This tab provides a view of your message that includes the HTML version of the message, plain text version (if available), email header, and the HTML source code for the entire message.
