Accessing the Detailed Link report

To open the Detailed Link Report, you select a campaign and then one or more mailing instances to include in the report.

A mailing instance is a record of single run of a mailing that is created within a specific campaign. Each mailing can reference one or more individual mailing instances, each of which ran at different times. The mailing instance specifies the date and time the mailing run started. The Detailed Link Report opens with a list of the mailings associated with the various mailing instances you selected. A single campaign can contain multiple mailings.

Note: If Unica has not received link response data for a selected mailing instance, then Deliver does not list the instance in the report output.
