Unica Deliver is a web-based, enterprise scale marketing message solution that you can use to conduct outbound bulk messaging and transactional messaging campaigns. Deliver integrates with Unica Campaign and with secure message composition, transmission, and tracking resources that are hosted by Unica.

      Sending push notifications to mobile device lock screens through Deliver requires that system administrators complete various preparations. The preparations include changes to your hosted messaging account, changes to the Deliver configuration, and changes to your mobile apps.

        In Unica Campaign, run a flowchart that contains an Deliver process to create an Output List Table (OLT). The OLT contains data about each recipient. Depending on your marketing objective, you can send a push notification to those who have opted to receive push communications, or to a selected group of individuals that satisfy particular criteria. Sending push notifications to a list has specific requirements.

        When you send push notifications to a list of recipients, the list must define a personalization field that provides the mobile app user ID for each recipient on the list. System administrators can define a default personalization field for this purpose, but the field must be included in the OLT that is referenced by the notification push.

Including offers in your marketing email gives you an opportunity to deliver a timely and targeted call to action to your audience. The system collects the offer responses and makes the data available in the Campaign contact and response history for use in Campaign performance reports.
