Prerequisites for sending personalized push notifications

Sending push notifications to mobile device lock screens through Deliver requires that system administrators complete various preparations. The preparations include changes to your hosted messaging account, changes to the Deliver configuration, and changes to your mobile apps.

System administrators must complete the following preparations before marketers can send push notifications.

  • Request that HCL enable mobile messaging for your hosted messaging account.
  • Integrate your mobile apps with Deliver.
