Recipient list maintenance

After you define, save, and upload a recipient list as an Output List Table (OLT), you can update the list definition, update the data in the list, or delete the list. You can also manually clear data from a list that contains recipient data.

The list maintenance that you can perform depends on whether the list is in use by an active messaging campaign.

Deliver automatically deletes recipient lists that have been uploaded but are not actively used by a messaging campaign.

Deliver cannot automatically remove data in an OLT to allow an update. You must specifically clear the information from the table before replacing the obsolete information with updated information. You can manually clear the data from the OLT for the list, which leaves the list empty until you run the flowchart associated with the list.
