Running a saved search

You can use saved searches to apply your preferred search criteria without having to reenter them each time that you search. When you save a search, you save the search criteria. When you run the saved search again, the system applies the saved criteria against the current objects that are stored in the Content Library.

About this task

You can run a saved search again to refresh the search results.


  1. Open the Saved Searches tab. Right-click the saved search that you want to run and click Edit.
    The saved search refreshes with the stored search criteria and displays the latest results according to their type.
  2. To update the search results again, click Refresh Circular arrow image.
