Adding a reference label to a digital asset

You add a reference label to a digital asset by editing the asset properties. You can add a reference label when you create the content element or at any time after you create the element in the Content Library.

Procedure

1. Open the digital asset for editing.
2. In the Reference Label field, enter a name.

   Reference label names must be unique within the Content Library. Reference label names are not case-sensitive, so changing capitalization is not enough to make the name unique.

3. Click Save Changes to add the reference label to the asset.
