Refreshing the Message Editor

When you save changes in the navigation tabs for communications, content elements, and saved searches in the Deliver Message Editor, your changes are displayed immediately in your current browser session. However, if multiple users are also working in the Message Editor, you do not immediately see changes made by the other users in your local browser. You cannot see these changes by simply refreshing your local browser. To see changes made by other users, click RefreshCircular arrow image.

For example, if you are updating an email document for an upcoming email newsletter and you are waiting for another user to update the banner image it will use, your local instance of the Message Editor does not change when your colleague uploads the new creative. To see the new content, you must refresh the Message Editor. When you refresh, Deliver checks for changes in HCL Unica and updates your local Message Editor with the latest information.
