Communications

You can perform the following tasks on the Communications tab.
Note: To be able to create, edit, and save communications, you must possess Create and edit permissions for Assets and Communication (Documents) in the same policy.
  • Create a new communication.
  • Edit an existing communication.
  • Search email or push communication. Search functionality is only applicable for selected folder and not globally. You can also filter your search based on Push, SMS, or Email communication using the Filter drop-down list on the UI.
  • Move communications on listing page to different folders.
  • Send emojis along with the communication.
  • Move folders to another folder. You can right-click on any folder and click "Move" to choose the destination folder.
  • Delete a communication.

    Note: Email previews can be generated for valid licenses. See the Unica License Guide for more information.
