Grouping offers

You can group offers for reporting or analysis purposes.

For example, you might want to see the response rates to a "Free Shipping" offer that was sent through various channels and offered at different times of year.

Note: For any report to use an offer attribute for grouping or roll-up purposes, the report must be customized by your report administrator.

You can group offers in two ways:

  • Using attributes
  • In folders
