Error 1786 Server process has exited

Problem or error: The following error occurs after you set roles during the Unica Campaign installation process. Error 1786 Server process has exited

Solution: Before you can log in to a new installation of Unica Campaign as a newly-created Unica user, you must first log in to Unica Campaign as a user that already exists in the Unica Campaign Administrators group in Unica (for example, asm_admin). Assign at least one security role (for example, Global Policy/Admin) to your new user.

After the new user has been assigned the role, you can log in to Unica Campaign as that new user.

This error occurs when the Unica Campaign server has not been restarted after you set roles for new Unica Platform users. To solve the problem, stop and restart the Unica Campaign server and the web application server.
