Error saving flowchart after deleting an offer used in a process
Problem or error: When you save a flowchart after deleting an offer that is used in one of the flowchart's process boxes, Unica Campaign displays an integrity constraint error.
Solution: If you delete an offer that is used in a flowchart, Unica Campaign removes the offer from the flowchart. However, if you open and save the flowchart without running or editing it, Unica Campaign displays an error. To avoid this error, perform one of these actions:
- Open and save the process configuration dialog before saving the flowchart.
- Run the flowchart before saving it.
