Segment process displays Error 11302

Problem or error: After running a Segment process, Unica Campaign displays the following error: Error 11302: No more records.

Solution: When you select a table mapped from a database or flat file as input to a Segment process, if the table contains a column heading that uses a reserved word (either a function name or keyword) from the Macro Language, the Segment process fails and Unica Campaign displays Error 11302. This error also occurs if you profile the field that contains the reserved word.

To work around this problem, modify the table or file to remove the reserved words from the column headings and remap the table. For information about the Macro Language reserved words, see the Macros for Unica User's Guide.
